The factory
Nitskap runs one production line in Qingyuan, Guangdong and sells off it two ways: single units to drivers and installers who want to test a beam before committing, and mixed cartons to distributors, 4S groups and private-label brands. Eleven fittings — H1 through D2H, H8 and H9 included — share the same aluminium body and copper heat-pipe platform, so a 1,000-set order does not need new tooling.
Capabilities
Four things decide whether a 260 W bulb survives year two. None of them is the number printed on the box.
150 W and 200 W run on two pipes in the N12, three on the three-colour models, and 240 W to 270 W always three. The pipe count follows the wattage — that is what keeps a 270 W driver alive inside an 18 × 13.5 × 6 cm box.
No separate harness to lose and no resistor to melt into a fender. Most modern CANbus cars — European platforms included — stay silent after the swap.
H1, H3, H4, H7, H8, H9, H11, 9005, 9006, 9012, D2H. One tooling set covers a market, and a mixed carton needs no second production run.
